The relationship that forms between a photographer and his client is probably one of my favorite things about my job. I've known Charlie and Joanna now for almost a year and a half. From the moment they booked me to shoot their wedding, I knew this was a great fit. Charlie is goofy and hilarious and Joanna is probably one of the sweetest people I've ever met.
It's been a real honor and treat to shoot their engagement, bridal, and finally their wedding. When the big day finally arrived and I walked into Joanna's room with all of her bridesmaids helping her get ready, I couldn't help but beam with pride. Not because of anything I did, but because it felt like I was about to see two of my friends get married. And I get to be a part of it.
It's a pretty incredible feeling, as a wedding photographer and someone in the service industry, when your clients bring you in and treat you like family. I can't speak more highly of these two and had an absolute blast photographing their wedding.
